The use of all products sold by 4x Innovations is at the purchaser's own risk and liability. All products are meant ONLY for off road use, and are not DOT approved. 4x Innovations can not be held liable for any damages, personal, property, or other, that result from the use of 4x Innovations' products. Misuse and improper installation are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and end user.
Proper installation procedures must be followed by a qualified installer when installing any product manufactured or sold by 4x Innovations. Improper installation can cause a lower level of safety and performance. Purchaser assumes all responsibility and liability for installation.
4x Innovations does not warrant any product, implied or expressed.
4x Innovations can not be held responsible for improper installation, or modifications or use of our products.
All orders canceled or returned items will incur a 15% processing fee. Custom orders will incur a 50% cancellation fee if canceled after fabrication has begun. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.
All items should be inspected and test fit immediately (with in 30 days) after being received, and before final paint and installation. In the event an item should not fit and need to be returned for repairs, return or otherwise, 4x Innovations can not be held liable for costs associated with coatings. 4x Innovations can not be held liable for damages that may occur while installing our products.
Any damages found during the above inspection and test fit must be reported with in 30 days of receipt of products. 4x Innovations works closely with our customers and shipping carriers to resolve issues reported with in 30 days of receipt. Issues not reported with in 30 days of receipt become the sole responsibility of the recipient.
4x Innovations can not be held responsible from typographical errors.

The act of creating a purchase either through this website or via telephone authorizes 4x Innovations to charge the provided charge or debit card for the agreed upon amount in US Dollars. The recipient of products is responsible by law to pay for items received. Anyone attempting to defraud 4x Innovations WILL be prosecuted to the full extent allowed by US law.
Further return policies
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of products on a case by case basis.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
Returns for inventory items are subject to a 15% restock fee. Returns for non inventory items are subject to a 50% restock fee.
Returns for items which have been painted, or coated in any way, or modified in any way are not accepted. All parts shall be test fit before coating! If any questions about fitment or function arise contact 4x Innovations FIRST before modifying any parts. Modification of any parts voids any and all warranty, service, and returns!
Initial shipping charges and return shipping charges for returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges for items being returned due to manufacturing error will be paid by 4x Innovations.
Any refunds will be issued with in 30 days of item receipt back to 4x Innovations via the means of initial payment.
The act of purchase from 4x Innovations constitutes agreement with the above listed Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, the act of creating a purchase either online or via telephone authorizes 4x Innovations to charge the agreed upon amount in USD to the charge or debit card provided.
