    This slam latch kit is for those looking to build their own doors. The latches are an automotive grade spring loaded rotary catch latch with a rubberized latch. The latch accepts 5/16 to 3/8" catch pins, which are not included. The catch is released by the simple press of a lever that extends along the length of the door so as to not stick you in the side while riding in the seat. Closing the latch is done by simply pushing the door closed like any other normal car door.
    Kit includes driver and passenger side automotive style rotary catch latch, 2 latch mounting plates and bolts.

    These latches are already included with all 4x Innovations tube door kits; you do not need to purchase this kit if purchasing a set of tube doors. This kit will not serve as a direct upgrade for old 4x I Tube Door latches! The older doors are too long for these latches to work properly. Proper fit, finish, and alignment of latch kit for custom projects is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
